A prophetic dream on Wednesday, May 30
The moral of the story is “A home fellowship group is like the Lord's munition depot for spiritual warfare where we are equipped to do battle.”
A trusted brother in the Lord has prayerfully confirmed to me that I had a prophetic dream. Please read about my dream, then prayerfully consider if the Lord would lead you to offer some feedback.
I dreamed, “A week earlier I was called to help a group in setting up a restaurant. I did various tasks in the kitchen including taking a care of the trash. A week later I received a homemade DVD from the group titled, Operations. I played the video and it told of an incident that happened to group. The group had a program which they would pick up people at the church in a bus then take them to the restaurant. One dark night a group leader was escorting the bus on a moped. The moped was riding closely in front of the bus when he started warning the bus driver to slow down. They didn't not know why but did so. The traffic was heavy on the streets of Philadelphia that night. Then suddenly several serious car accidents happened around the bus. The home group pour out of the bus to assist the victims. As results of the quick response, many lives were saved. Also, they shared the Gospel in deed and word. They continued to restaurant and began asking themselves why did this happen. The group didn't know why this happen to them. As they retold the story and through some prayer time, it was revealed to them that because they were equipped the Lord use them. They continue to praise the Lord God at the restaurant.”
As I was waking up the Lord spoke to me and told to me to go share this dream with this trusted brother. I was to ask him for an interpretation. I know he has the gift of interpretation because he shared a dream he had in front the church as we were sending him on a short term mission trip. As coincident this brother was from the Delaware Valley like me.
In my morning devotions the Lord gave me this Scripture: Acts 2:17
“And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.”(NKJV)
We are in the last days and Lord can give prophetic dream even to a wretched sinner like me.
This trusted brother told me to share this my home fellowship group leader and ask about share it with my group. I don't know why. But, I have the fear of Jonah. Acts 2:12 “Whatever could this mean?” (NKJV)
Please only post a comment to this if you are prayerfully lead by the Lord because my heart is so broken.

CitizenLink: eHarmony Sued for Only Matching Men and Women
The fourth-largest matchmaking Web site is being sued because it pairs only heterosexual couples.
Linda Carlson of California sued eHarmony in Los Angeles County Superior Court after she tried to meet a woman on the site this year. The suit claims eHarmony violates a state law barring discrimination based on sexual orientation.
Neil Clark Warren, founder of eHarmony, told USA Today that his site promotes heterosexual marriage, about which he has done extensive research. He said he does not know enough about gay and lesbian relationships to do same-sex matching.
It 'calls for some very careful thinking. Very careful research,' he told the newspaper. He adds that same-sex marriage is illegal in most states. 'We don't really want to participate in something that's illegal.'"

'It's laughable to suggest that I used capital letters to intimidate anyone when I use them all the time to emphasize points,' David Duncan told the Scotsman. 'I sometimes highlight words with color. Is that offensive?'"

CitizenLink: House Committee Kills Dangerous Grassroots Language
by Jennifer Mesko, associate editor
Calls, e-mails, petitions convince lawmakers to respect free speech.
The grassroots can continue to grow.
Language that would have buried Focus on the Family Action and others in needless paperwork any time they communicate to constituents concerning issues that are before Congress was killed in the House Judiciary Committee today."

“I want to be out and let everyone know that we are standing for what’s right – our religious freedom and the right to pray in Jesus’ name,” said Pastor Billy Seat of Southside Baptist Church.
It was all to show the county commissioners they want sectarian prayer.
“I am greatly encouraged that this many people would come out on this Saturday and send a signal to the Yadkin County Commissioners that we want you to represent those who sent you there and allow everybody in this county, when the opportunity presents itself, to pray in the name of the deity that they choose to pray in,” said Rev. Ron Baity of Return America."

ActiveWord: The Tragedy at VA Tech

'Why did God allow this to happen?' That's a question that has been asked tens of thousands of times in various forms this week. Of course, the reason for those questions is the horrific crime committed on the campus of Virginia Tech earlier this week.
As a matter of fact, a friend just told me about an email he received yesterday from a skeptical acquaintance. The skeptic asked, 'You claim that your God is sovereign and that He is good. So how do you explain this?'
But it is not just skeptics asking hard questions this week. I know that a lot of sincere believers wrestle with doubts or confusion whenever one of these senseless tragedies takes place. It's okay to have questions, as long as we know where to go for real answers--God's unfailing Word.
There we learn that, though God is sovereign, we live in a fallen world, filled with fallen people with the freedom to choose. But we also learn that, for those of us who have turned our lives over to Him, He is using His sovereign might to cause everything that happens to work for our good (Romans 8:28). God's truth allows us to comprehend the incomprehensible.

The Key to Success! by Steve Arterburn
by Steve Arterburn
'As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, O God.' - Romans 5:3-5
Looking for an edge in life? Consider this: God is the key to any success you may have in learning to control your desires. He must be your strength, your counselor, and your sure foundation.
Why is God so important? Because He’s the source and fulfillment of all human life, including yours. In other words, you were created by God as well as for God. We often forget the latter.
St. Augustine made this beautiful confession nearly seventeen centuries ago: “Our hearts are restless until they find rest in You, O Lord.” It was true for him then, and it’s true for you now.
“My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.” (Psalm 84:2)
“Whoever drinks the water I give Him,” said Jesus, “will never thirst…[it] will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” (John 14:4)
“I am the bread of life,” said Jesus, “He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.” (John 6:35)

The Ransomed Heart - Missing the Most Important Thing
![]() |
Missing the Most Important Thing 04/22/2007 We take folks through a discipleship program whereby they master any number of Christian precepts and miss the most important thing of all, the very thing for which we were created: intimacy with God. There are, after all, those troubling words Jesus spoke to those who were doing all the “right” things: “Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you’” (Matt. 7:23). Knowing God. That’s the point. From The Ransomed Heart, by John Eldredge, reading 112 |
